Mission Statement

To provide personal security that aims to deter or mitigate any threats toward a client and/or their family.

We are a team of highly trained, licensed individuals with a varied background including law enforcement, military special forces, and private investgation. Our goal is to not only provide protection in the face of an immediate threat, but to also identify possible threats to prevent them from occurring.

SFS Hiring Process

  1. Screening the applicants: performing a thorough background investigation with federal (FBI & DOJ) and local agencies to verify and validate the existence of any inadmissible offense and their work history.
  2. Interviewing the candidates: face to face interaction to find red flags or any behavioral aspect that do not go with the company’s core values.
  3. Selecting the best: choosing those that have the overall package consisting of having experience, customer service skills, leadership and being out of the box thinker.
  4. Tryout period: any good candidate has a 90 day period to demonstrate that he is the best suited for the position and that he will do all it takes to thrive and always thinking as a team player.
